My order has been cancelled but I did not cancel it?

When this happens it means your payment has not gone through.

If this has happened your order please try again, making sure all the information you providing are correct. If you still having trouble please contact us and we’ll offer advice we can.

I’m not sure about a size, how can I find out about the size I want?

Size guides are usually on the product description. If you still have more questions about the product please contact us via email at info@catomatte.com

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once we receive your order we aim to dispatch your order out on the same day, so if you would like to change your order please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Your product

We try our best to amend your order before we send it but we cannot always do so. Catomatte are not responsible for any mistakes made on your behalf.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all type of payment. All payments go through Paypal for security reason. This doesn’t me you need Paypal account to make a payment. When you have all the details, Paypal will do some security checks and then proceed with your payment.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders made on the Catomatte website are dispatched from the UK. Once we receive your order we aim to dispatch your order out on the same day. However, due to volumes we cannot always dispatch your order on the same day. Orders usually take 2-3 working days after dispatched.

My order is damaged or in correct item

If the item you received is not correct or is damaged, please email us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Your product

After this please let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund.  We will then advise on how to proceed with return.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your item, your return will be processed within 5 working days. We will notify you via email you listed when your order was placed.

Will I have to be pay international taxes and duties?

International orders may be subject to extra custom charges.

As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. Anything that happens after we send your order it’s out of our hands. If you have to pay extra custom charges and refuse to do so, your order could be returned to Catomatte and refunded. A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
