Standard Return Information

We accept refunds, returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the goods. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to return your order. We are unable to accept the return of any item that has been worn or damaged. If you would like to process please contact us by email at info@catomatte.com  and please email us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Your product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advise customers to obtain a proof of postage when returning as Catomatte is not responsible for any lost returns.

AFTER YOU’VE RETURNED YOUR ITEMS

  It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our head office and completed.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund has been processed.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes up to 10 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

If you are returning multiple items or more than one order in a parcel the refunds will be issued separately. Please allow up to 48 hours for all returned items to be processed.
